Contact form (French site): name, email address and the content of your message.
Email, phone or WhatsApp exchanges: the contact details and information you send us.
Browsing: audience measurement data (pages viewed, referrer, device type), collected through cookies only if you accept them.

Answering your enquiries and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Carrying out and following up on assignments: performance of the contract.
Measuring site audience: your consent.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Recipients

Your data is used only by HYDROTECH Ingénierie. It is hosted by our technical providers: Squarespace (website and form) and Zoho (email). Where these providers process data outside the European Union, the transfers are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Retention periods

Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment: 3 years after the last contact.
Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the periods required by law (10 years for accounting records).
Audience measurement cookies: 13 months at most.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
